This desert is popular in this time of year and is usually enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee. It's basically a bun sandwiching fresh cream and almond paste. It's usually not very sweet unless you have a big bite of the almond paste when eating. I have had two of these for lunch one time because they are so delicious!
